Thanks!

Whew, the semester is finally over! I am so ready for a break from school (he he, until it starts up again in a week). I just wanted to tell everyone that has helped us out this semester (and previous semesters) a big fat thank you. There is no way that Ty and I could both go to school without the help and support that we have gotten from our family. It is so comforting knowing that Addy is going to places she loves when I have to leave her and go to class. So once again, thank you so much. Other than the end of the semester not much has been going on around here. Addy is still the same old busy/bossy/too smart for her britches/adorable little stink that she has always been. She is saying more and more words every day. But the one she knows the very best it "NO". She must hear it a lot! We had a great Easter. Addy went crazy over the candy she got If her jacket is anywhere in sight in the morning she has to put it on first thing.

This is the best picture I could get in her Easter dress. She was getting pretty sleepy, needless to say church didn't last very long.

She 100 percent feeds herself now. Its usually not very successful but she is getting there. We are not allowed to help though.

Where is this year going?

Holy cow! Can it really already be a week into March? Not much has changed around here, we're still just schoolin it like a couple of maniacs (that's where time is going). Addy is as busy as ever. I know I always say this but I really cannot believe how grown up she is getting. She amazes me every day at how smart she is. As busy as she is there is something, or someone, that she always has time for....her dad. She is a daddy's girl all the way, and I don't blame her. Tyson is wrapped right around her finger. Today is Ty's birthday so Addy and I want to wish that special daddy a very happy birthday!

Ya needless to say this little girl like to play rough, and her dad always obliges. Neither of them could stop giggling.

Happy Birthday Addy!

So I am a little bit behind! I decided to just forget posting about Christmas (we had a nice one this year and hope everyone else did to) and catch up with Addy's birthday. I can't believe my girl is one. Where did that year go? We had a big party with all of Addy's aunts and uncles and grandmas and grandpas. Needless to say it was a full house! Addy had fun tearing apart her cake! She got a ton of fun things to play with. I'm so thankful that we have such a supportive family on both sides. You guys are great!

Addy loved having a little cake all to her self! She had to tell everyone that she is one.

We gave Addy a little four wheeler. She was so excited! Watch out Dex.

I tried to get some birthday pictures of Addy, needless to say it didn't work out.
It ended with one mean birthday girl!

Addy's Christmas Dress

I put on Addy's Christmas dress last night to see how it fit and it looked so stinkin cute on her. She didn't really share my enthusiasm about it though. She walked around tryin to take it off. I can't wait to get her pictures done in it.

My "bruised apple"

The other day Nicole told Addy that she looked like a little bruised apple and I decided that was a perfect way to describe her lately. The poor little gal bonks her head about fifty times a day throughout all of her exploring. It doesn't really slow her down much though so I guess it can't hurt that bad. She split her cheek open by crashing into the wall and a couple days later she got cut on her nose from face planting it into Tyson's computer. Those cuts, along with all of the bruises and goose eggs on her head, make her look just like a little bruised apple. I can't hardly stand to watch her play anymore because I know its going to eventually lead to a crash.

NO More Cupboard!

I finally got some hooks so that Addy can't get into the Cupboard in the kitchen that she absolutely loves, but I still haven't realized that you have to actually put them on for them to work. Addy gets into that cupboard about a trillion times a day and brings me boxes of food wanting me to open them. I finally had enough, but instead of putting the five bucks I spent on the little hooks to use, in a fit of furry I wrapped a rubber band around the knobs as tight as it would go. Now getting the doors open is a pain, but the results are spectacular. Unless you ask Addy! She came running over to me saying "ma". Little does she know I am the cause of all of her cupboard grief!

The cutest butt in the world!

I think when Addy grows up she is going to think it is normal to go up to people and pinch their butts because she gets hers pinched about 100 times a day. It is just so stinkin pinchable though. I love it! It was pretty tough to get a good picture though because even more than its a cute butt, it's an on the move butt. I can't believe that my little gal is going to be a year in a month. Time flies when your having fun I guess.
